No. Your GPT doesn’t “sound like you.”

It sounds like AI slop and we can all tell!

There’s only one way to ensure your AI actually understands you at a deep enough level that its output isn’t generic. You need to treat it like you would a human employee. But one without experience who is stubborn as heck.

Hear me out:

I’m sure you’ve asked AI for help with something and ended up on a 20min chat that took you from “help me with this” to a rabbit hole where both you and your GPT forgot what you said to it in the first place.

Or maybe you’ve gotten pretty good at prompting and you don’t end up in a rabbit hole, but you end up with copy that reads pretty but doesn’t actually mean anything.

The “It’s not X, it’s Y” reversal.

“This isn’t another course that sits in your inbox. It’s the system that finally gets your weekends back.”

The rhetorical question opener.

“What would it feel like to run your business without running yourself into the ground?”

The empty empowerment abstractions.

“It’s time to step into the aligned, abundant version of your business you were meant to build.”

Stack enough of aligned, abundant, meant to, step into, elevate and it reads as inspiring while saying nothing at all.

And don’t event get me started on “quietly”. Everything is done quietly.

Babe… if we’re going to use up the earth’s drinking water and overcharge power grids to use AI we need to do better.

We need to prompt better so it requires less back and forth.

We need to train and teach it better so there’s less

distractions and better results.

We need to become the guide for the AI not the student.

I promise, AI cannot help you to run your business any

better than a random person off the street can UNLESS you do the following:

Teach it - give it your knowledge and special sauce (while protecting your IP) so that it's output is unique to you.

Train it - on the protocols and quality control that make everything that's client-facing feel real, warm, human. Your clients won't trust you otherwise.

Lead it- you’re out front. It follows. Just like if it was an employee.

The reason so many are failing to make the best of AI is cause they’re giving up the control and letting the AI take the lead in thinking, creating and deciding.

It’s time to start using AI like it’s meant to used:

as an employee, not an expert.

Got questions?

I’m not techy — will this work for me?

Yes. There’s nothing to install, no code, no software to fight with. If you can send a text or have already been chatting with AI you can do this.

I’ve already been working with AI a lot — is this too beginner for me?

Most people who’ve “used AI a lot” have just chatted a lot. Not the same thing. This is a very deep layer of training for your AI. If your stuff still comes out sounding like everybody else’s, or you’re re-explaining your business every time you open a new chat — you need this.

Does this work on Claude or ChatGPT?

Both. And no, you don’t need the paid plan, although it's highly recommended to protect your IP.

How long does this take?

Less time than it takes to train a human as deeply. Look I don’t do anything half assed. I like things to work and work well so this isn’t a 5min hack. If you do this in a focused and uninterrupted way you can fully train your AI with this process in one afternoon. If you don’t have uninterrupted time (I’m a mom too) you can dedicate one hour to each section and do three to four sitting to complete everything. The most important thing to remember is you do this ONCE.

That’s the whole ask. Weigh that against the time you’re bleeding every week explaining yourself to a chat box.

Isn’t this just a prompt pack I could find for free?

No. Free prompts are generic — they don’t know you, so what comes out doesn’t either. This sets your AI up to run everything through your business, your voice, your standards. The prompts you get pull straight from that. A prompt’s only as good as its structure and the AI knows about you.

What happens when the platforms move everything around?

They will. They change constantly. That’s why I teach you the what and the why, not just where button is hiding. Menu moves, you’ll still know what you’re looking for. You’re learning how this works, not memorizing a screenshot. And no matter how the platform changes, this core training of your AI is the knowledge base it only changes when you do. And if that happens, just run that section of the training again and get instant update.

What’s actually different after I do this?

You go from chatting with your AI to commanding higher quality results.

It deeply knows you, your business, it sounds like you, hands you something usable on the first try instead of the third. The “ugh, let me explain again” tax? Gone.

Do I have to buy more things for this to work?

Nope. This stands on its own. There’s a next step when you’re ready for AI that runs like real staff — but Onboarded is a complete thing.
