These metaphorical nooks and crannies, special decorative items, and beverage represent your message, your brand personality, and the transformation you offer through your services.
If your brand doesn’t feel like a welcoming, unique, relatable space, why would anyone want to linger, much less pay to stay and experience more?

Wherever you promote your services, pull up your last four posts… Look at them objectively, as a client who just landed on your page.
Do you sound like your competition?
Are you using the same generic terms everyone in your industry uses?
Are you doing the same "trends" everyone is doing?
If you are, you brand is washed out, it's blending in with everyone else.
