This is a half day, transformational experience for purpose-driven women who want to step into their power in life and business. This 3 part event will help you tap into wellbeing tools and skills to help nurture the business and the woman behind the business equally, which is our mission at Seizing Happy.®
event day at a glance
MOVE
You'll arrive at our beautiful venue at 12:30PM to enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres and drinks with an opportunity to meet other guests and shop from our vendors before we kick off the event sharply at 1PM.
We'll then move out into the garden for our first session, MOVE. When was the last time you really tapped into your body, the power of your movement, the cadence of your hips? This session will be focused on using movement for full feminine embodiment.
No experience necessary!
BREATHE
Take a deep, slow breath in. How does that feel? Our breath gives life, lowers anxiety, releases stress and we don't utilize its power often enough.
After taking a 15min integration break we'll begin the BREATHE session, focused on teaching us how to use our breath for deeper connection and greater release.
GROW
We'll move into the ballroom and now it's time to talk money, purpose and business.
This session will take place after your delicious lunch is served and it will consist of a panel led by industry leaders in the most important areas of business growth.
Following the panel there will be a Q&A session for you to receive the mentorship and support you and your business deserve.

Women for Success Nonprofit launched in direct response to the global pandemic and its impact on women. It is estimated that within the first 3 months of the pandemic women were set back a decade in economic advancement. With a mission to bring professional and entrepreneurial women together to combat the wave of unemployment caused by the pandemic, we have been able to motivate, educate and inspire thousands of women in Miami, Florida, and beyond.
Our society doesn't celebrate women starting businesses, like we do with bridal showers and baby showers. So, Women For Success wanted to challenge this by throwing "Business Showers" for outstanding female founders in our community. They shower female entrepreneurs with gifts in the form of subscriptions, technology, resources, and support they need to succeed in their businesses.
